Sport fields Installation process:
Before we install our synthetic grass pitches, we need to make sue we have a firm, even sub-bases. The job can be finished by the road construction company if the field is in large scale, similar to the flat asphalt surface road.
1. Roll out the turf at the right position (see pic 1)
2. Trimming the edges (see pic 2)
3. Unfolding the turf backing at every neighbor pitches (see pic 3)
4. Put the seaming tape between the two pitches that requires to be joint together (see pic 4)
5. Spreading the glue on the seaming tape as well as the unfolding back of turf, and wait about 10~15minutes till the glue half dry, then pressing the seaming tape and turf together. (see pic 5)
6. Cutting the white grass for marking lines and the white circle.(see pic 6)We need to cut the right size to fit in and then seaming them together with the green turf (use the above mentioned same way to Joint them)
7. Infill the quartz sands. (see pic7)
8. Infill the rubber granule.(see pic8)
We need to brush all the infill materials into the grass and equally spreading them on the surface.
Last we have the beautiful football field from the beginning concrete surface.
